Vault Cache synchronization may fail with 0x800710DD when user is delegated access to a folder in another user's archive

Problem

Vault Cache synchronization may fail with 0x800710DD when user is delegated access to a folder in another user's archive.  If the delegate is granted access to the whole archive (not just the folder), the synchronization succeeds.
