Full fsck fails to clear the corruption in attribute inode 15, showing that V-2-17: vx_iremove_2 - /dev/vx/dsk/foodg/5604_1d file system inode 15 marked bad incore.
VxFS filesystem gets marked for full fsck with the following message in the system's log-
kernel: vxfs: msgcnt 3 mesg 096: V-2-96: vx_setfsflags -
/dev/vx/dsk/foodg/5604_1d file system fullfsck flag set - vx_ierror
kernel: Call Trace:
kernel: vxfs: msgcnt 4 mesg 017: V-2-17: vx_iremove_2
-/dev/vx/dsk/fodg/5604_1d file system inode 15 marked bad incore
Due to a race condition, the attribute inode that was being removed by the thread,
was already removed. The filesystem was marked for full-fsck and the attribute
inode (inode 15 here) was marked bad on disk.
Before removing the attribute inode, recheck if it hasn't been already removed
