VOM GUI shows that VEA server is not running on the managed host, though vxsvc is running on the subject host.
PBX process was not running on the Managed host.
Please start PBX process (pbx_exchanged) and restart vxsvc and vxpal agents on the Managed Host (MH). Instead of this, you may reboot the system, if it's possible.
