After upgrading to Backup Exec 2012, database resources under "Microsoft Information Store" are not visible from the selection list.

Problem

After pushing the Agent for Windows Servers (AWS) to the Exchange Server(s), no databases are visible under "Microsoft Information Store". If a Backup Exec 2010 Agent is installed, the databases become visibile.

Error Message

A BERemote debug log from the Exchange Server startup of "Backup Exec Remote Agent" will reveal the following error:
