An attempt to perform a GRT restore of a meeting request fails with the errors shown below

Error Message

Final error: 0xe00003bf - Cannot open one or more mail messages because of unknown Exchange Web Service errors. Review the job log for more information.

V-79-57344-959 - Unable to open the item Database - skipped.


Exact cause currently unknown, however, issue has only currently been reported/reproduced against the restore of forwarded meeting requests.
