Catalog path: C: \Program Files\Symantec\Backup Exec\Catalogs
There is space between the C: and the folder path,
In Backup Exec 2012 User Interface (UI) remove the additional space from the folder path by:
Click on the Backup Exec Button - Configuration and Settings - Backup Exec Settings.
Select Catalog as pictured below and then correct the catalog path that contains the extra space in it.
Then restart the Backup Exec services.
Backup jobs should then run as scheduled.
