The Agent for Windows (AWS) hangs when attempting a redirected restore of a Hyper-V virtual machine from tape when hardware encryption was enabled on the backup job.
If hardware encryption is disabled, the agent crashes on the remote Hyper-V host during the restore.
NOTE: this issue has only been seen when restoring to a Hyper-V host that is in a workgroup. Restores to Hyper-V hosts in the same domain as the Backup Exec media server are successful.
Duplicate backup set to disk and restore from set on disk.
