Duplication from between media servers with a Central Administration Server Option (CASO) causes the jobs to hang in "Device paused".
One possible cause is the remote system is not part of the Central Administration Server (CAS) or Managed Media Server (MMS) anymore.
To confirm if the MMS is still part of the CASO configuration:
Open Backup Exec on the CAS.
Select Media Servers > All Media Servers to confirm if the other system is in the CASO configuration.
Also, check on the MMS by opening Backup Exec on the MMS and go to Tools > Install options and license keys > Next to confirm if "Managed Media Server" is installed.
