Status screen is blank following a missed backup in Symantec System Recovery (SSR) 2011.

Problem

Following a missed backup in Symantec System Recovery (SSR) 2011, the status screen in the user interface (UI) is blank.

Figure 1 below shows that backups are scheduled for 03/11/11 but does not take into account a previous missed backup.

Solution

This issue is fixed in Service Pack 2 (10.0.2) for Symantec System Recovery (SSR) 2011. SP2 is available via LiveUpdate or here: http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH186176.
