Unable to access 'Manage Tasks' section of console when using role-based security with Symantec System Recovery Management Solution (SSR-MS) 2011.

Problem

When using role-based security with Symantec Management Platform (SMP) and Symantec System Recovery Management Solution (SSR-MS) 2011, it's not possible to access the 'Manage Tasks' section of the SSR-MS console (Figure 1).

Solution

This issue is fixed in Symantec System Recovery Management Solution (SSR-MS) 2013 SP1 which is available via Symantec Installation Manager (SIM).
