Attempting to provision a Mail-In database with a multi-line name fails, when the combination of names is greater than 255 characters

Problem

When a Mail-In database name contains a total of more than 255 characters Enterprise Vault will not find the mailbox when the Mail-In database is added as a target for Domino Mailbox Provisioning.

Error Message

In the Domino Provisioning report the problem Mail-In database targets will show the following error:

A DTrace of the EvLotusDominoPolicySyncTask will show the following:

{DOMINOMAILBOXPOLICYSYNCTASKPROCESSOR.EN_US} 0 hits for Alias256xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx1; Alias256yyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy2; Alias256zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz3; Alias256aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa4; Alias256bbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbb5
