In rare occasions a non-Enterprise Vault (EV) enabled user with the configuration listed below, that performs a delete of a non-archived item, may encounter a 1-2 second delay per item. A non-EV enabled user who has 3-4 delegate mailboxes may have a delay of up to 15 seconds.
- The mailbox is not EV Enabled
- Has an additional mailbox added to the mailbox profile
- The workstation has the EV 9 Client Outlook Add-in (see applicable versions list)
Coordinate EV client deployment with EV mailbox enablement with Provisioning group.
Option 1)Pre-deploy the EV add-ins in conjunction with the mailboxes being enabled for EV.
Option 2)Enable the mailboxes for archiving, but suspend the mailbox archiving prior to deploying the EV add-ins (000064536
