Prerequisites 
- Administrative privileges are required to install this hotfix.
- Before installing this hotfix, Hotfix 159965 must be installed.  Hotfix 159965 can be obtained here: https://www.veritas.com/docs/TECH159965

 

Post requisites
- A full backup is recommended  after installing this hotfix.
- Remote Agent for Windows Servers will need to be updated after installing this hotfix.
 

Issue(s) resolved
-Added Support for VMWare vSphere 5.0
-AVVI: Backup of Win2k8 R2 DC generates a Directory Service Event on the NTDS.dit file. The open file operation will fail with error -1032
-AVVI: During diff backup, all VMs but first in backup order run as full (Backup Exec 2010 R3).
-AVVI:Incremental jobs for AVVI run as full getting error 0xe00095B4 incremental differential backups are not supported.
-AVVI/Hyper-V: A duplicate backup of a GRT enabled AVVI/Hyper-V backup to BKF/Tape completes successfully but no GRT backup sets are seen under the VM
