'Unable to mount any of the requested recovery points' is seen when attempting to expand a recovery point using the Granular Restore Option (GRO) - see figure 1 below.
This only occurs when using the default option to open the recovery point in GRO ('Use latest recovery points for this computer').

i) Make sure you are running the same version of SSR this computer and the Exchange server
ii) Download and apply any service packs for SSR and this program
iii) Try mounting a different recovery point
This issue is resolved in SP1 (10.0.1) for Symantec System Recovery (SSR) which is available via SIM, LiveUpdate and here:
