BUG REPORT: Licensed features (such as Vault, BMR Management, OpenStorage disk pools) are not available in the Windows Admin console after upgrade to 7.0.1, or options that are *not* licensed are appearing unnecessarily.

Problem

Note: This TechNote contains legacy information only.  This hotfix is no longer publicly available, as its fixes are included in a more recent NetBackup release.  If this issue is experienced, the supported resolution is to upgrade NetBackup to the latest version and apply the latest maintenance release.

Licensed features (such as Vault and BMR Management) are not available in the Windows Admin console after upgrade to 7.0.1.  This includes OpenStorage disk pools and storage server credentials for PureDisk and MSDP disk pools.

This issue occurs because the first time the license keys are validated as active, and the second validation fails and sets the keys to invalid which prevents the console from displaying the feature that is licensed.

Additionally, options that are *not* licensed may appear unnecessarily.

Cause
