Jobs appear as ''Ready; Job destination does not contain any eligible devices'' in the Job Monitor even though drives are available.
Status of the backup job shows as: "Ready; Job destination does not contain any eligible devices"
This may occur if the device is not online.
- Restart all Backup Exec Services to make sure the targeted device is online.
- Make sure the targeted device is enabled, if the devices is not enabled then right click on the device and select Enable.
- Make sure the device is not in puased state, if the device is in paused then right click and unpause it.
