Enterprise Vault Support for Outlook 2010/2013/2016

Problem

This article provides additional information on support for Outlook 2010/2013/2016 in Enterprise Vault.

Solution

Enterprise Vault offers full support for the 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Outlook 2010, 2013, and 2016 on end-users' desktops:

  • Outlook 2010 support requires Enterprise Vault 9.0.1 or later* (client and server)
  • Outlook 2013 support requires Enterprise Vault 10.0.3 or later* (client and server)
  • Outlook 2016 support requires Enterprise Vault 11.0.1 CHF4 or later** (client and server).

* It may be necessary to apply an EV server hotfix (for 8.x and 9.x servers) in order for some client operations to work successfully.
