BUG REPORT: SharePoint Agent: Unable to backup "Global Settings" within NetBackup 7.0

Bug: 1985939

After installing the NetBackup 7.0 SharePoint Agent, the backups fail with "STATUS 13" using the "Microsoft SharePoint Resources:/*" directive.  All web Applications/Config_DB on the SQL Backend are successful - only the Global Settings is skipped on the Web Fronted which exits with Status 13.

This issue is currently scheduled to be addressed in NetBackup 7.0.1.
