CommandCentral Storage HALCHM keeps on crashing and is in FAILED state.

Problem

CommandCentral Storage HALCHM keeps on crashing and is in FAILED state.

Solution

CAUSE: Windows' memory was being highly consumed by CommandCentral Storage's another task DeviceStateRefreshTask.

WORKAROUND
--------------------
1. Save HACLHM.cfg.
2. In <InstallDrive>\Program Files\VERITAS\CommandCentral Storage Data\Conf\HAL\HACLHM.cfg the following section controls it
[ServiceModules\DeviceTracking\DeviceStateRefreshTask]
"Enabled"="1"  <<<
"Priority"="10"
"PurgePeriodInMinutes"="20"
"HowMany"="1"
"StartupDelayInMinutes"="62"

It  can be set to "Enabled"="0" and see if the memory issue goes away.
3. Please restart HALCHM process:
 halagentcfg stop-process -p HALCHM
 haagentcfg start-process -p HALCHM
