Problem

Using Enterprise Vault (EV) for Lotus Domino targeting users within Organizational Unit (OU) where OU name contains UNICODE character results in error.

Users are not able to retrieve archived items getting the error "You are not authorized to perform that operation"

Cause

On Domino environments where the OU name contains UNICODE characters, i.e A&B, the EV stored procedure checks against the users within such OU fail

Solution

This issue has been addressed in the following release:

Enterprise Vault 9.0 and higher
