ALL_LOCAL_DRIVES backups with multiple streams fail at NetBackup 7. X when one or more drives are excluded

Backups for policies configured similar to below are failing with status 90 after upgrading the Master server to NetBackup 7.x:

    Backup Selection is set to ALL_LOCAL_DRIVES
    One or more drives are excluded
    One or more directives are excluded
    Allow multiple data streams is selected

Child jobs kicked off for excluded drives are failing with a status 90, causing the parent process to also fail with a status 90

Modify the excluded drive as follows:
Add an asterisk (*) to the excluded drive or directive entry

If drive X is to be excluded and is listed in the exclude list as X:\
Change the exclude list by adding an asterisk so that the excluded drive is listed as  X:\*
Subsequent backup job streams for drive X should now exit with a status 0.
Also adding an asterisk to Shadow Copy Components and or System State exclude will exit with a status 0.
