Cause

The Username used for credential validation did not have the @profile-of-the-username as defined in the RHV Manager.

Solution

1. The ovirt account username should be in the format username@profile-of-the-username in RHV Manager.

2. The ovirt account username should have Admin privileges for the ovirt profile in RHV Manager.
