Problem

When archiving to a Centera device, and Collections is enabled, the StorageFileWatch process can crash during the partition scan to check if items have been backed up.
As the StorageFileWatch process is responsible for both ingestion of items from the Collection Folder to the Centera and verifying whether items has been replicated, the crash can cause a backlog in both areas to occur.
