Type :        Error
Event :        41046
Source :        Enterprise Vault
Category :    Lotus Domino Journaling Task
Computer :    EVDG
Description:
Task 'DominoJournaling', Thread '0' has been asked to shut down due to the following exception KVS.EnterpriseVault.LotusDomino.Common.ServerStoppingException: Server is stopping
   at KVS.EnterpriseVault.LotusDomino.Journaling.LotusDominoJournalingTask.ProcessDatabase(LotusDominoJournalMailbox ldm, String sDatabase)

Attempts to use Domino Administrator and perform the 'Find Note' function for the Note ID reported in event ID 41206 will also result in pop up stating "You are not authorized to perform that operation".

Cause

The issue may be due to corrupted documents in the targeted Journal.nsf file.

Note: Attempts to perform Fixup on the NSF does not resolve the issue nor does performing a database copy of the NSF file.

Solution

If items are corrupted and there are no backups it will become necessary to remove the Journal.nsf from the Journaling location so that the task can proceed and process other Journal.nsf files.
