When logging in to Data Insight the next web page does not appear and reports "Page Unresponsive" after a delay of at least a minute.
There are no log messages shown that suggest a problem loading the web page.
Issue is related to browser, the browser settings may be interfering with the loading of the Data Insight console web pages.
Clearing cookies and cache history may not resolve this.
Return the browser to default settings. For example, with Google Chrome browser this is done by removing the folder "default" found by:
