The Enterprise Vault Search home page shows release 12.3 after upgrading EV to release 12.4.

Problem

When clicking the Enterprise Vault Search banner on the EV Search home page, a drop down window opens to display the the major EV release number but shows release 12.3 after upgrading to 12.4.

Error Message

 

Cause

A graphics file used to display the EV release number still shows the 12.3 release in the 12.4 installation folder.

 

Solution

This issue has been addressed in the following release:

Enterprise Vault 12.4.1
