Solution
1. Log on to the NetBackup Appliance Shell Menu .2. View the VxLogs by entering the following command:
Support > Logs > VxLogView Module ALL
3. If there are no related error messages in the VxLogView, enter the following command:
Main > Support > Logs > Share Open
4. Map or mount the appliance share directory.
5. View the log files patch_log_xxx .
Find the possible causes and solutions in the error logs.
