Hotfix for Veritas Enterprise Vault (EV) for Microsoft Exchange 11.0.1, Build 184.108.40.20627, some items in Virtual Vault do not show any recipients in the TO: or CC: fields
Items that have been archived by Enterprise Vault 11 SP1 and then subsequently synced to Virtual Vault via an incremental sync show do not show any recipients in the TO: or CC: fields. Items synced by a full sync are unaffected.

This hotfix can only be applied to the following versions of Enterprise Vault:
Enterprise Vault for Exchange 11.0.1 Cumulative Hotfix 1, build 220.127.116.1127
The JournalStub table within the Vault Store database contains information on message attributes, such a recipient and sender data. For affected items, the RETO tag is missing from the database field within this table. As a result, the Vault Cache\Virtual Vault incremental sync does not obtain the required information from this table to populate the To: column for these items.
