Description

Cleanup of the VMware State files on Linux Master when Accelerator is not in use.

When using NetBackup 9.x and up, when a VMware Backup with BLIB is taken, a copy of the state files are stored on the master server in the following directory:

/usr/openv/netbackup/db/snapshot/vm/

When using NetBackup 8.x, the state files are also stored on the backup host in the following directory:

/usr/openv/netbackup/online_util/fi_cntl/

After the first full backup with BLIB enabled, the following directory is created for the VM. In this case, the VM name is 2003VM1.

Example: The following directory on the master server contains these files after the VMs first Full backup.

nbmaster1:~ # ls -ltr /usr/openv/netbackup/db/snapshot/vm/2003VM1
total 48
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root   461 Jun 27 15:40 bpfis.fim.2003VM1_1498592412.1.0.changeid.xml

-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 21695 Jun 27 15:40 bpfis.fim.2003VM1_1498592412.1.0.VM_ObjInfoXML.xml

Example: The same directory after the first Full backup and 4 differential backups.
