The Enterprise Vault.cloud CloudLink application simplifies the provisioning of Enterprise Vault.cloud accounts from Microsoft Active Directory or IBM Domino Directory. CloudLink can provision and maintain synchronization of the directory accounts with Enterprise Vault.cloud, and send welcome messages to provisioned users.

For Exchange mailboxes, CloudLink can also deploy Personal.cloud web folders to enable access to archives from within supported versions of Outlook and OWA.

Updated 9/10/2014: CloudLink version 3.4.1 introduces the following new features:

  • Support for synchronizing linked mailboxes in an Exchange resource forest.
  • A new option to disable archiving for synchronized accounts if the Exchange mailbox becomes disabled.

For more information on these features, see the revision history section in the CloudLink Administration Guide. You can download a PDF version of the guide from attachments to this article.
