Temporary VMware GRT folders are not cleaned from the Backup Exec data directory

A hotfix is now available for this issue in the current version(s) of the product(s) mentioned in this article. Refer to the Hotfix link under Related Documents in this article to obtain the hotfix needed to resolve the issue.
 
Backup Exec 15 Rev 1180 Feature Pack 1 (000024771).
 
 
This issue is resolved in Backup Exec 15 or later versions.
 
To resolve this issue and receive the new Backup Exec improvements please upgrade to the current version of Backup Exec.

Workaround:
Manually delete the folders.
