If you delete a node that has been shut down from the cluster when the node is down, and then add it back to the cluster, the cluster information is still present on that node
When a node is deleted from a cluster, the node is not unconfigured. If the same node is added back to the cluster, the cluster information is still present in the node.
Workaround:
Do a factory reset on the node before you add it back to the cluster.
