February/March 2013 updates
The following product updates were made available as part of the February/March 2013 release of Discovery.cloud.
Display of Bcc recipients - email addresses for the recipients that are listed in the Blind carbon copy (Bcc) field are now displayed in the message preview pane and the full message view window. Bcc recipients are currently not searchable in Discovery.cloud. Due to limitations of Microsoft Exchange journaling, the Bcc recipients currently displayed depends on the version of Exchange the message sender and Bcc recipients use.
Increased export limit - the export limit has been increased to 200,000 items. Exports in excess of 2 gigabytes can be downloaded from the Exports page that is located within the Batch Processes node.
Improved application load times - the load time of Discovery.cloud after login has been improved.
Updated search error messages - the messages that display when an invalid search query is entered have been updated to provide more information for fixing the invalid query. The following updated error messages are now displayed:
The search completed with errors. Please try again later.
The search results are unavailable at this time. Please try again later or edit your search criteria to narrow your search.

The search syntax is invalid. Please edit your search criteria and try again.
The search returned too many results. Please edit your search criteria to narrow your search and try again.
Discovery.cloud only accounts - the option to create user accounts with access to only Discovery.cloud is now available. As a result of this change, users that previously had access to Discovery.cloud without being assigned the Reviewer or Administrator role can no longer log in even if they are assigned to a matter. Users that are assigned to a matter and can no longer log in are denoted in red on the Edit Matter page. To provide access to these users, an Archive Administrator must assign them the Reviewer or Administrator role from Archive Administration.
External reviewer access - an issue with some external reviewers not being able to log in to Discovery.cloud has been addressed.
Time displayed in mail grid - an issue with the incorrect time being displayed in the Date column of the mail grid has been addressed.
Print preview window - an issue with the message body not being displayed in the print preview window for reviewers has been addressed.
Review Mails filter - an issue with the filter options not working properly in the Review Mails node has been addressed.
Forgot Password error - an error that occurred when users attempted to reset their passwords using the Forgot Password login page has been fixed.
