Veritas has identified an issue with Enterprise Vault 12.2 that can cause Exchange mailbox shortcuts to be deleted incorrectly. This only occurs when both the following conditions apply:

  • The server is running in a non-UTC time zone, such as Eastern Standard Time.
  • Storage Expiry is enabled.

How to determine if you are affected

The affected version is 12.2.0.1436. To determine if you have installed this version, select the command Help > About Enterprise Vault in the Vault Administration Console.

Workaround

Disable Storage Expiry.

Solution
