Problem

Customized shortcuts do not honor HTML tags, [.i.e <b> </b>] as expected.

Error Message

Prior to Enterprise Vault 11.0.1, HTML tags added to the ShortcutText.txt file were translated and showed as expected. In the below example, the HTML tags '<b> </b>' and '<h1></h1>' were added to the ShortcutText.txt file to modify the size and font of the shortcut content.

Such changes are reflected within shortcuts created during the archival process.

Before

Note: The size and font change of the above image.

As of Enterprise Vault 11.0.1 and newer, shortcuts with HTML tags do not translate properly and thus show incorrectly.

After

Note: The HTML tags are being read as literal values and as such being added into the shortcuts incorrectly.
