Cause

Zone.Identifier may be contained in VSR installer files.
 

Solution

To delete Zone.Identifier, click the Unblock button on the all install file propertes.
After using the zip installer file from MyVeritas portal (See https://www.veritas.com/docs/000100418), unblock on the zip file property (Figure 1) and extract zip file.
And then run VSR installation.
