Veritas is committed to helping you and your family lead healthy and satisfying lives. Veritas offers up to eight weeks Paid Parental Leave with 100% pay to its employees who are mothers, fathers or domestic partners of a newborn, as well as parents of a newly adopted or newly placed foster child.
If you work at least twenty (20) hours per week and are the mother, father or domestic partner of a parent of a newborn, or a parent of a newly adopted or newly placed foster child, you are eligible for Veritas' Paid Parental leave which is up to eight weeks off with 100% pay.
The birth or placement of the child must occur after you begin your employment with Veritas but requires no additional waiting period. You must take this time:
FMLA and State-Specific Parental Leave
Parental leave runs concurrently with FMLA which provides you with a job protected leave of absence.
