Solution

Workaround:

1. Delete .settings folder from the client machine.

For Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Local Settings\Application Data\Symantec\DLO

For Wndows 7: C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Symantec\DLO

Delete the cache files from the LUDF (Local user Data Folder)

For Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Local Settings\Application Data\Symantec\DLO\.dlo\.lm

For Wndows 7: C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Symantec\DLO\.dlo\.lm
