TROUBLESHOOTINGSTEPS:
M/S firewallinstalled and disabled. But backups working for a year with itdisabled
Telnet toclient bpcd ports is successful from master
Client selfconnect to bpcd is also successful   (telnet localhost bpcd)
View TCPerror 10038 in bpcd log

SOLUTION:  Enable Client  M/S internal firewall
