"EvFsaArchivingTask.exe" crashes during archiving run along with Event ID 1000 thus causing performance issues.

Cause

While verifying Dynamic Access Control (DAC) permission, FSA task encounter files that have 'NULL' SACL. This issue is seen even if DAC is not enabled on File Server/Share.
