Hot Catalog Backup fails with the following error:

ERR - NBU Catalog Backup API db_getImgBackupList() returned error: 229
ERR - Unable to process CATALOG_BACKUP client-sol-d2 Standard_A_1293770309_INCR

bpdbm log has the following entry:

No errors in bpbkar log

Cause

The "Bad image header" error  from NBCC indicates a problem with the NetBackup image database.

The Netbackup Catalog Consistency Check (NBCC) reported the following catalog inconsistency

******

Solution

Run the NetBackup Catalog Consistency Check (NBCC) using the following Knowledge Article to resolve the inconsistency:  000012877
