Option to remove "Agent not installed" warning

Can I please request that Symantec create a tick box or something along those lines to ignore the warning about no agent being detected. You can’t install one on a NAS so obviously you will get this warning. If a tick box was available so this could be ignored so the backup is reported as successful that would be great.

I agree, but this should be per job. I wouldn't want this alert on my NAS device, but if someone added a server, I would want to be notified in that instance.

I find it absolutely infuriating and completely unacceptable that a stupid issue like this that was present in 2009 is still with us in the latest version (15) in 2016!!!

Come on Veritas, stop being lazy and get this fixed. Wading through forums and previous posts to try and work out my own fix for this is totally ludicrous when a simple tick box and bug fix would sort it! I just want to back up the files on a NAS for Heaven's sake!! It also would seem your own support staff do not know how to deal with this either. GET IT SORTED!
