Offer an option to de-duplicate truncated mail messages if the content is below 1 MB, even if they are marked as truncated.

This is a bit of a corner case, but in the event there are two identical NSF files containing truncated messages, those NSF files will not de-dupe against one another. The design is to ensure messages that could differ are not inadvertently de-duplicated against one another, but in instances where NSF files were not properly collected from Domino environments, all messages may have < 1 MB of content and still be flagged as truncated. For these files, it would be nice to have the option of de-duplicating. This would likely have to be a case-level setting selected before processing starts on a given case.
