Add the ability to delete local users from Clearwell

Status: On Roadmap

Add the ability to delete local users from Clearwell rather than only having the option to desable their account status.  We should have this ability to deleted terminated users or those users who no longer require access to Clearwell.  I opened Case #03448285 and was told that I would need to submit a feature request.

I have mixed feelings about this suggestion.  On the one hand, I also want to keep the user list clean and manageable.  On the other hand, the now-terminated user will have work in the system for many years.  Keeping the audit trail about what he/she did and even who the person was remains critical.

In my case, the problem is perhaps worse because we chose to integrate with Active Directory and it is not easy to guess a person's name from our company's default user IDs.  (Once upon a time, we thought that would be a good security control.  Now it's just a tradition that no one knows how to stop.)
