Read tape wrote with backup exec

Hi,

I've got a customer who backups his files on tape with Backup Exec.

Now he want to store his tape on our company and he want us to be able to read those tapes which lead me to this questions: 

1) Is it possible to buy a backup exec licence to read those tapes from my server? Which one would fit my need? (I've got a standalone LTO6 connectec in SAS through my MAC OSX)
2) Is backupexec working on mac os X?
 If not, what os is supported?

You need to have a server-class Windows machine to load BE 15 which is the latest version. The machine must be 64-bit.
