PST Migration stuck in "completing" state - Centera

Hi,

after a pst migration a lot of psts stuck in "completing" state. 
We use a centera with saftey copies and collections in ev. EV deletes only the pst file when the centeras replicated the archived savesets. This happened two days ago but the state is still in "completing".
I´ve restarted the storage service but nothing happened with the psts.

Why the psts remain on "completing"?

can you run a dtrace to see what might be getting in the way?

In the dtrace is the following line for every pst file in completing state:

<CopyBackThread:4216>    EV-L    {CopyBackThread.ThreadAction} PST is not yet safe to delete

In my opinion is this not right. The PST is safe because the primary centera has replicated all the files to the second centera.
I´ve checked both centeras.

All the files remains in "completing" state.

are you running your PST Migrator Task under an account different from your EV service account?

do the PSTs still contain any data? open them up and check because the PST has to be empty before EV will delete it.

No, the PST Migrator Task is running under the VSA.
I´ve checked the migrated psts.
EV shows, that all items of the psts were migrated.

The pst only stuck in "completing" when we use the server based migration. When a user submitted a pst with client driven migration the pst finished completly (status completed). 

I don´t know what the problem is.
