oracle database on linux redhat 4.7 error when running backup job

hi guys i have symantec backup exec 2014 system working on windows server 2008, i try to backup oracle database 10g installed on redhat operating system 4 realse as nahant 7, the job failed with this error,

i installed the ralus agent and the sp2 and hotfix for agent which the system provided it to install

please help me to fix the problem,because this server is the most important server in our company

Hello Ramzi,

Firstly, Backup Exec 2014 does not support RHEL 4.7. Please refer to the Backup Exec 2014 Software Compatibility List to get more details on it.  The last version to support it was Backup Exec 2010 R3. 

Moreover, the error's logged in RMAN seem to be related to Oracle. I'd request you to run a backup job manually using RMAN and see if the same error's exist.
