IDR problem

hi all,

I have veritas backup exec for windows 10.d. I am trying do create idr cd's but at the end of the wizard recieving this error:
error getting file info \path\asr.sif. the system cannot find the file specified.

for data path I use different path then default but path in the message is not the one I configured. server is windows 2003 and there is no any hide partitions or partition software installed.

any help?

hi,

I have to thank you but unfortunately this can not help me. I already saw this article, and that is the exact message I recieving but there is no ft disk sets on server. May be you have some other ideas?

We would suggest you to perform following steps to resolve this issue :

1. On Remote system in c:\windows\repair directory please checked if asr.sif was created.

If it is not created then resume to next step,

2. First you need to perform FULL backup.

3. On the remote system try to run asr wizard through ntbackup.

4. Take a System State backup for the remote system.

5. Now tried to create the cd image.
