A customer of mine got EV version 11.0.1.3474 running but has problem with some of his users outlook 2013 (15.0.4783.1000,15.0.4783.1002) freezes due to the ev client.
Has anyone experience the same issue? Is there a solution?
Disable all add-ins in outlook except the EV client. Restart outlook and retry. Also, by any chance does the user have secondary email accts in her Outlook profile?
