Error code 13 need help

Hi,

Os : window server 2008 r2 

netbackup version : 7.5 

backup type : full backup 

error code : 13 

server falied from last 15 days . 

logs attached : bpcd and bpbkar

We need to see bpbkar log that shows the beginning and end of at least one backup.

The log starts at 22:00 and shows the END of one backup that failed shortly after 22:00 :

22:00:09.724: [3844.4984] <16> dtcp_read: TCP - failure: recv socket (416) (TCP 10053: Software caused connection abort)
22:00:09.724: [3844.4984] <16> dtcp_read: TCP - failure: recv socket (404) (TCP 10053: Software caused connection abort)

We need to see the log where this backup started and progress throughout the duration of the backup until it fails.

We see a new backup in the log that started at 23:10 and was still active when you copied the log.

Other info that we need:

All text in Details tab of a failed job.
bptm and bpbrm logs on the media server for the same date as client's logs.

Check Client Read Timeout on the media server - if this is set to the default of 300 (5 min), increase this to 900 (15 min).

As per my previous post - we need bpbkar log of a backup that shows all details on client side from beginning to end, media server logs as well as all text in Job Details.
